With so many great flavors to choose from, I had to go for a variety pack, and every single macarons was delicious. The flavors were well-balanced, and the texture was perfect... Light, crisp shells loaded with flavorful fillings. Besides their macarons, they also offer a variety of lunch bowls, sandwiches, and weekly salad specials. During peak hours, it can get busy however the efficiency of the staff masters the challanges excellent. I'm the few times I have been, the wait has never been long even if the lane was long. Bei so einer tollen Auswahl, hab ich mich natürlich für eine gemischte Packung entscheiden, und jede einzelne Macaron war köstlich. Die Aromen waren gut ausgewogen und die Textur war perfekt ... Leichte, knusprige Schale voll delikater Füllung. Neben ihren Macaronen bietet Sweet Caribou auch eine Auswahl an Lunch-Bowls, Sandwiches und wöchentlichen Salate an. Zu Stosszeiten kann es schon schnell mal voll werden, aber die Effizienz des Personals meistert die Herausforderungen hervorragend. Bei den wenigen Malen, die ich dort war, war die Wartezeit nie lang, selbst wenn es viele Leute hatte. Wenn Du Dich wieder mal mit einem süssen Leckerbissen verwöhnen willst, und dabei grossartigen Service möchtest, ist Sweet Caribou einen Besuch wert!

I had the Kenai Kale Quinoa salad at the Anchorage airport location. It was delicious with really fresh ingredients and the tiny macaron was a cute surprise. Days later and thousands of miles away, I am still thinking about that salad. It also came with a free bottled water!
I went to the airport location and I cannot recommend it enough! I got the Matanuska Mesquite bowl and it came with a good portion of chicken, a free water, and a little macaron for dessert! Not to mention it was delicious!
Their food is expensive, but worth it because the quality of the food is 4 stars . What ever you eat here , it's fresh & tasty! And they will deliver thru one of the delivery services here in Anchorage! I've only had their lunches. If you haven't had their food yet, jump on it ! You will be glad you did .
Sweet Caribou is very simple. Do you want a sandwich or salad? How about coffee? Maybe a macaroon? Boy have you come to the right place! My sister and I both had salads and I was pleasantly surprised to find a tiny macaroon in the salad bowl! We also ordered three macaroons to split and it was fun to try the different flavors. We got a toasted marshmallow, Mexican chocolate and birthday cake. The birthday cake was hands down the best!
Love the Denali Beet salad! So good. O'Malley Olive sandwich is very savory and filling - I get two lunches out of it The Pioneer pesto special I get each 3rd full week of the month. Would definitely recommend this place :)
Sweet Caribou is located in the Olympic Center Plaza, right in the corner that is easy to spot. After getting a breakfast burrito at the newly opened Bema, my husband and I decided to check out Sweet Caribou. I ended up getting: 6 macrons, $13- If you purchase the macrons individually (of 5 or less), they will cost you $2.50 each. For the flavors, I picked: birthday cake, almond joy, after dinner mint, rose lychee, orange creamsicle and mango. Each flavor was very good. My husband and I enjoy sharing them. Service was friendly but they were definitely busy on a Thursday afternoon, around 12:45 pm. Sweet Caribou is a nice place to grab a bite to eat (they have sandwiches and salads on the menu), a coffee or tea and a little sweet treat. If I lived in this area, I would most likely be a regular.

When they shut down the line, they keep same day salads and sandwiches in the fridge to the right of the entrance. Complimentary bottle of water with each salad or sandwich purchase.
Sweet caribou has fresh salads, sandwiches and their macaroons. When I walked in the area is pretty empty, with 4 cash registers in about the middle of the floor with a cold case to the right that holds the sandwiches and salads. It's a little intimidating walking in and 4 people greet you you feel pressure to grab and go. I didn't even get a chance to see what macaroons they had because the sign was far away and not prominate, and I really felt rushed. Luckily I had a free lunch so I paid 0$ for my sandwich and was offered a free water as well. I took it next door to eat because I was getting a coffee but there were some tables to sit at. The salads are not your everyday ones but you'll have to look them up. Sandwiches are unusual too, I've only gotten the O'Malley even though it was ham but I like the olive spread. The bread is good but gets tough. I'm not sure if they make any of these items in house I have heard they do not, only the macaroons. Hmm. Kinda spends for a sandwich at $15 but comes with chips. No napkins were available and it was messy. I've had my fix it won't be a go to.
